Our Customer Service Rep will need:

  • Company name and billing address
  • Shipping address, if different than billing
  • Your Dynatech customer number
  • Your purchase order and or name
  • Products desired and date needed
  • Shipping preference and any special instructions

Customer Service Policies:

Minimum Order: A $10.00 minimum order charge will be added to all product orders of less than $50.00 (shipping and tax excluded).

Freight: Diamond tools and equipment are shipped F.O.B. factory via UPS Ground or truck. Premium shipping (i.e. 2nd day or overnight) available upon request.

Sales tax: Sales tax will be charged where applicable unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.

Repairs: Items returned for repair should be carefully packaged and accompanied by a packing slip and the following information:

  • Your company name, address and phone number
  • List of items and explanation of repairs needed
  • RGA number obtained from customer service department

Returned Merchandise: Should you need to return any of the product you have purchased from Dynatech, please observe the following: Our customer service department should be contacted for approval to return merchandise. Merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization (RGA) number. All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 12 months and be in resalable condition. A restocking charge of 15% will be billed.
