Large Saw Standard Features

One Hand Control
One hand sawing control has raise/lower buttons conveniently located on forward/reverse speed control lever. Drive speed is infinitely adjustable to 200 FPM forward or reverse.

Heavy Duty Hinged Slip-on Guards

All large saws have heavy duty, hinged slip-on guards for easy and fast access to your blades. Multi-spray water system insures maximum water coverage of various blade sizes and reduces risk of blade damage due to clogged water tubes. Serparate leaft and right side water control valves at console hieght allow easy sawing on either side of saw.

Blade Shaft

We use ultra high-strength steel for the turned, ground and polished blade shaft, giving better blade balance and reduced blade vibration. Quick release blade flanges allow saw to be backed away from cut if blade is jammed or pinched in cut. Dula flanges allow left or right hand swing. Only the best self-aligning, heavy duty, double concave roller bearings are used for drive shafts, for greatly extended bearing life.

Reinforced Frame

Super reinforced large saw frames have the highest torsional strength in the industry, for the best life and performance you can get from your diamond blades. These closed box frames decrease slurry and debris on engine and drive components. Engine weight is positioned over blade for superior balance and maneuverability and improved straight line sawing.

Control Panel Features

Standard control panel features include ammeter, hour meter, oil pressure gauge*, adjustable cutting depth indicator, throttle, choke ignition switch and emergency stop button. These and other optional controls/switches are highly visible and accessible at console height. Vernier throttle control allows fast or fine speed adjustment with friction lock to maintain setting. Depth stop control limits depth of cut to any pre-selected setting. Operating and safety instructions are clearly marked on long life Lexan decals.
(*oil pressure gauge on 65 hp Wisconsin engine only)

4-Stage Air Cleaner

Gives engine the beat possible protection to insure long service life. Has an inner filter to safeguard engine in the event outer filter is torn or damaged. Indicator tells you when filter is dirty and needs to be replaced.

Handle Bars

Repositional for extra leverage when using lagre diameter blades or for easy maneuverability when positioning saw.

Available Transmissions

CC3500 and 3700 come standard with Sunstraund-Sauer transmissions with direct chain drive to rear axle. CC6500 and 7100 are available with Sunstraund-Sauer or Eaton transmissions. CC7200 is available only with Eaton transmission. Eaton transmissions have an increased pitch gear tooth for longer life and gear drive to rear axle.
